Dixie Design and Build, LLC is Michael R. Smith.  Mike has personally designed and drawn every house plan you will find on this website.  

Those hundreds of house plans were designed over 30+ years of doing business at the same location in East Ridge, TN.  If you are interested in seeing some of these houses in person, there are entire subdivisions in the Chattanooga and Northwest Georgia area that are 90% or more built from Mike’s plans.  Those include Heritage Woods in Ft. Oglethorpe, White Oak Plantation in Ringgold, and Sunrise Meadows in East Ridge.
